Wheatberry Granola
Ingredients
6 c rolled oats
1 c chopped almonds
3/4 c shredded coconut
1 c sunflower seeds
1 c millet
1 c sesame seeds
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1 c maple syrup
1 stick butter or 1/2 cup oil (coconut)
2/3 c raisins
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients except raisins
Heat and mix butter and maple syrup
Combine all ingredients except raisins and spread evenly onto 2 greased cookie sheets
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 to 25 minutes or until nicely brown
Let cool complete on the pans
Add raisins
Store in an air tight container
Best if used within 2 weeks, keeps for up to a month without refrigeration
