Fried Avacado Pork Bombs




Ingredients

1 avocado
10 g shredded cheese
250 g ground pork
60 g onion
1 egg
20 g panko bread crumbs
salt
pepper
flour
1 egg, whisked
panko bread crumbs
tomato sauce

Directions

Peel and cut avocado in half.
Fill with cheese and place avocado halves back together.
In a bowl, combine ground pork, onion, egg, panko bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix with hands until sticky.
Wrap the avocado with the meat mixture.
Dip into the flour and coat well. Then dip into the whisked egg. Finally coat well with panko and deep fry until crispy and golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce.
