Annabelle's Shrimp Scampi - Linguini

Ingredients

10 Shrimps - deveined (Gulf shrimp are best)
2 garlic cloves chopped
4 lemon wedges
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup broth
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Salt Pepper Basil mix
Parsley

Directions

Peel and devein the shrimp, wash and dry. Heat 1/2 cup vegetable oil in a saute pan. Once the oil is hot, place the shrimp. Cook one side, drain the oil. Add 1 cup of white wine and cook until it evaporates. Add garlic, olive oil, butter and broth. Cook for 3 minutes. Add salt pepper and basil mix. Cook pasta, add shrimp to pasta and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
