Chipa

Paraguayan cheese bread recipe, must use better judgement in mixing of some ingredients. Will need to modify recipe after making a few times.

Ingredients

500 grams tapioca starch
100 grams butter
125 grams queso blanco - I put this in the food processor til it's shredded
125 grams shredded parmagiane cheese
3 eggs
Milk
Anise

Directions

Put starch, both cheeses and butter in large bowl.
Mix eggs and some milk in separate bowl.Pour milk/egg liquid into the other bowl.
Mix with hands. If too crumbly add more milk. Be careful not to make it too wet.
Should be wet enough to keep everything together.
Mix in however much anise you want.
Shape into balls or other shape you want.
Cook on 375 until golden brown. They will start to split.
