Ingredients
4-6 Cubanelle Peppers
1 lb of Aji Dulce
50 leaves of Recao-Culantro
2 heads of garlic
2 big onions
1 teaspoon of olive oil
1 cup fresh oregano leaves
Directions
Washed all ingredients in fresh water. Chop and remove seeds. Mix all ingredients in a blender. Store in glass jar for immediate use or put in freezer containers and freeze for several months and thaw when needed.
